Role Responsibilities
Fabrication Engineer / Supervisor
- Coordinate fabrication activities according to drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules.
Blasting & Painting Superintendent
- Supervise surface preparation, blasting and coating activities.
- Monitor coating quality, material consumption and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety procedures.
Mechanical Superintendent
- Oversee mechanical installation, maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment and work schedules.
- Monitor quality, productivity and timely completion.
Plant and Machineries In Charge
- Manage the availability, operation and maintenance of plant and machinery.
- Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
- Monitor equipment utilization, downtime and operating costs.
Project Manager
- Manage project planning, execution, budgets and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor progress, quality, risks and project profitability.
Project Engineer
- Support project execution and technical coordination.
- Monitor drawings, materials, work progress and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and meet deadlines.
Marine Mechanic
- Diagnose, service and repair marine engines and associated systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow manufacturer procedures.
- CAT / MAN / MTU certification is mandatory.
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in the position applied for.
- A business mindset focused on efficiency, cost control, quality, timely delivery and company profitability.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
